HANDBOOK FOR MODERN GREENHOUSE ROSE CULTIVATION
- The most recent addition to ICFG's member services offerings.  The handbook is the English translation of the Dutch book Teelt van kasrozen by the Research Station for Floriculture and Glasshouse Vegetables, The Netherlands. 

Chapters in the handbook cover economic significance, the Dutch rose nursery, water and nutrient supply and root environment, starting material, crop structure, glasshouse climate, harvest and vase life, diseases, pests and disorders, quality control systems, and biological cultivation.  220 pages.

PESTICIDE TRAINING VIDEO - This one-hour video will help you train your greenhouse staff to observe pesticide safety in the workplace. EPA-approved.

Part I covers general pesticide safety for all employees. Part II covers additional training for early entry workers and pesticide handlers. Part III covers additional training for pesticide handlers. Includes one (1) workbook per video. WORLD PRODUCTION AND MARKETING OF ROSES - Third edition of Jeremy Pertwee’s book on the international production and marketing of cut roses. This publication is a compact international review of conditions, markets and rose varieties offered in major production and market areas. Of special interest is a section that lists rose varieties sold through the Dutch auctions, price and stem volume for 1995-97, and rose varieties for 1998.
