GROWER AND SUPPLIER FIRMS CAN JOIN ICFG NOW FOR 40% OFF REGULAR DUES RATES FOR THE FIRST YEAR!

As a member of the International Cut Flower Growers Association (ICFG), you'll receive the benefits of membership in the only trade association exclusively for commercial cut flower growers and allied trades from around the world.

Benefits of membership follow ICFG's mission to provide support to its members with publications, research and educational programs and include, but are not limited to, the following:

Publications - Members receive a monthly Bulletin to keep them up to date on trends in cut flower production, research reports, activities and events of the association, and much more. An annual Membership Directory is published and mailed to every member as an effective means of locating fellow members and suppliers to the industry.  The Bulletin is available on-line on the Members Only Web site.

ICFG also offers an assortment of technical publications through its Member Services Department.

Research - ICFG manages the Joseph H. Hill Memorial Foundation, Inc., which funds production research on roses and other cut flowers. With assets of nearly $1 million, the Foundation has funded over $1.5 million in research since its inception in 1959. Over $70,000 will be invested in research this year.

Educational Programs, Workshops and Greenhouse Tours - Covers all types of greenhouse cut flowers with programs ranging from soils to postharvest care, including everything between planting and harvest. The Spring and Fall Annual Meetings include greenhouse tours and variety displays plus special workshops as needed.  International speakers and researchers supported by the industry often appear on these programs.

A Public and Members Only Internet Site - At www.rosesinc.org you can experience the consumer or public side of our Internet site. The Web site covers flower care, tips on drying flowers, offers press releases the industry can use to build its holiday business, and provides links to other sites of interest. It also explains the language of roses and meaning of their colors, offers team color information, and provides a list of national flowers, wedding anniversaries, state flowers, etc.

A password is needed to enter the Members Only side of the site where we offer specific production information on cut flowers, a member Bulletin Board which allows you to communicate with fellow members, updates on pesticides, an EPA pre-inspection worksheet, the monthly Bulletin, a list of technical experts for members to contact with questions, plus much more.

Members Only Discount Programs - Offers members discounts on purchases of selected items from other members. All allied trade members of the association are welcome to join the Partners Program, which is promoted to grower members.
